Miami Youngster Celebrates Special Birthday After HIPEC!

When radiation and chemotherapy failed to halt the recurrence of a rare abdominal cancer it became apparent that eight year old Kelly needed additional medical intervention. Her pediatric oncology team at Miami Children's Hospital turned to the MD Anderson Chidren's Cancer Treatment Center for a solution.
