We will guide your hands in creating a manifestation bowl, which incorporates the written intention for the recipient, whether for your mother, yourself, or anyone who has nurtured you in your journey.

Nancy will open the session with a guided meditation to assist us in crafting the perfect affirmation, which will then be written on parchment paper and be kept close at hand as we knit the simple bowl shape. Click here for more information.

Donna Pelzar of The New Street Knitter will guide your hands during the crafting process. You will also learn the skill of linking intent with mindful knitting. This is a powerful grounding tool which will serve you well both during the workshop and in the future.
