As we get back into the routine of fall, invest some time in centering yourself and claiming a balanced and peaceful state of mind with beginning or re-acquainting yourself with your Meditation practice. We all have heard the many health benefits; such as, assisting with insomnia, to helping depression and reducing high blood pressure. Why not simply do it for yourself?
Back by popular demand is the 10:00am Wednesday morning meditation. Currently we have a Wednesday and Thursday evening at 7:00 pm.
