Introduction to Meditation*
January 3rd through January 24th
Thursday mornings 10-11am
Wednesday evenings 7-8pm
Teleconference Option: Monday evenings 8:45-9:45pm
This is a 4 week course designed for those that have not meditated before or in quite some time. This course will cover the basics of breath and explore some key techniques as well as how to develop your own practice. Cost is $60.00 for all 4 weeks, must commit to the 4 weeks.

This class is designed for those that have meditated before and would like to explore different techniques of meditation. Cost is $15.00 per person per class.

Law of Attraction Workshop
January 4 through January 25, 5:30-6:30pm (may attend via Skype)
If you genuinely would like to attract More of what You Want and Less of what you don't want, come join me for this truly transforming workshop! Cost: $100.00 includes the Law of Attraction book by Michael Losier. Workshop participants will meet one hour weekly over four consecutive weeks.
Vision Board Workshop
January 7, 10am-1pm
Need a tool to assist you in manifesting what you desire in the New Year? Join me for a meditation to clear the cloudiness and bring about clarity. Begin creating your own vision board to assist you in physically seeing what it is you want to manifest in your life! This class will take roughly 3 hours, the cost is $60.

An Afternoon of Nurturing Self Care
A free event offered through Friends of Temenos by the Creative Spirit Project

Please join us for this special program designed for those dealing with illness and in need of healing and restoration. Please bring a friend/partner and join us for gentle therapeutic restorative partner yoga, followed by a relaxing guided Meditation session. I will be offering a guided meditation and there will be a Gentle Yoga session with Jasmine Kaloudis, Synergy by Jasmine.
No previous yoga experience necessary - come by yourself or bring a partner. Bring warm clothes you can stretch in, a mat and an open heart. You might also want to bring a journal and a water bottle. (Please do not eat a heavy meal immediately before the program.)
