Sometimes I feel like the energizer bunny--doing it all!  Each moment in time determines which hat I am wearing.  I notice when I balance the effort I put forth with the amount of time spent in relaxing or resting, I am able to maintain endurance.  This endurance is simply claiming my own sense of Inner Power.  I claim that sense of strength when I accomplish a task or goal I set for myself and do it by setting healthy personal and professional boundaries.  Inner strength is important nourishment for every aspect of my being--mental, physical and spiritual.  This inner strength breeds confidence as I bring balance to who I am.  I encourage you to evaluate each day, moment to moment; balancing the effort given to a particular task and the amount of down-time you allow yourself.  This act of balancing is most empowering!

Relax, Release, and Rejuvenate!
Benefits of meditation include increased self-confidence, relaxation, reduced stress, and sharpened focus.  Recent studies have linked daily meditation to reduced stress hormones, improved health, and better sleep.  Meditation classes at the Awaken With Light Studio are designed to encourage participants to embrace a positive thought pattern.  Attendees will learn techniques to focus breathing and will experience reflection exercises to attract both calmness and clarity.  Classes end with an uplifting reflection so attendees depart on an optimistic and encouraging note.

Reiki I Training Class Now Forming! 
Begin to embrace the basic principles and philosophy of Reiki and incorporate them into your life.  
 
This class will be held October 15th 10am-3pm.  Another class may be added for a Saturday or Sunday 10am-3pm.  If you are interested in training, please email me or call 484-252-1150 with which dates would work best for you. 
 
All classes will be held at the Awaken With Light Studio in Downingtown.
