Often we find ourselves looking to outward sources such as relationships and possessions for security and identity. This is very natural and part of human nature. As the moon has cycles and the tide flows in and out, so do our own life experiences. When this occurs take this opportunity to rediscover, connect or draw closer your own inner core or light. Within, we are safest and accepting of who we truly are.

Meditation for Everyone
 Starting the week of June 14th I have a new Meditation Schedule. I am offering a 30 minute meditation on Wednesday mornings 7:30-8:00am and Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:00am. During this summer season all meditation sessions will be $10/session. Please email, call 484-252-1150 or text me if you wish to attend any session at least 20 minutes prior to the class. |

Ever wonder what a Reiki session would feel like, but afraid to commit the time? Come sample a mini 30 minute Reiki session and discover the potential relaxation you can experience with this ancient Japanese art. Individual available sessions:
Thursday June 17th
11:00-11:30am and 11:45am-12:15pm
Saturday June 19th
9:00-9:30am and 9:45-10:15am
The sessions will be available by reservation only, contact me to reserve your spot and go to my webpage under the Purchase Services using PayPal to pay for your session, cost is $25 for the 30 minute session. |

Summer Solstice
Celebrate a wonderful turning point in the seasons, the Summer Solstice, with a special Meditation on Monday, June 21st. Becoming aware of these solar turning points tunes you into the natural rhythm and harmony of the seasons. Join me and celebrate the peak of sunlight and the abundance of the Goddess Energy in each one of us! There will be two sessions available starting at 10:00am and 7:00pm, contact me if you wish to attend. |

A new Reiki I training class is now forming. If you are interested in learning how to do Reiki and apply it to your life, the first level will be taught either the week of June 21st or June 28th. The class will be 10:00am-3:00pm, please contact me with the date that would work best for you.
