Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for conferences!

The May conferences are for ALL students. Please stop by and sign up to reserve your time.

If after signing up you find that you need to change your time, it is your responsibility to contact the parent(s) who occupy the time slot you need and ask if they are willing to switch. If you do switch with another parent, update the sign-up sheet in the solarium.

Please do NOT phone the office for information about your conference time or to make changes. If you do not sign up, a time-slot will be assigned to you and you will be notified of the time at which you are expected.
Saturday is Grandparents' / VIP Day

Students and their grandparents (or VIPs) are invited to visit the school  from 9:00am to 11:00am. Upon arrival, students and visitors  proceed to the table near the circle to check in and retrieve their nametag.

After checking in, all are welcome to enter the school and see their grandchildren's class and work.

At 10:40am, all grandparents and VIPs are invited to make their way to the shaded area adjacent to the circular driveway, where refreshments (made by the children) will be served.

Consultation Time

The office staff is eager to hear from you and answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately, many times parents call in with questions when we are extremely busy and cannot devote the necessary amount of time to your questions.

In an effort to improve this, the office will be starting two daily "Consultation Times."
The time between 11:00-11:30am and 2:00- 2:30pm  will be set aside to answering any questions you may have.

We ask you to check the weekly bulletin and the parent manual (available on the website) prior to calling, as you may find answers in the literature.  If you have remaining questions after reviewing the information , we would be delighted to talk to you.  Thank you for your help in improving our communication.
Our condolences to the McCarty and Woodruff / Roscoe families (Aidan, Ms. Genes; Kyle, Ms. Assunta; Grace, Ms. Genes) on the sudden passing of their maternal grandmother Beverly Woodruff.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Group Class Photos are scheduled to be taken outdoors on Thursday, May 13 (rain date, Friday 5/14).  Please dress your child in their school uniform.  Those children who do not normally wear the school uniform need to dress in appropriate clothing; no fancy dresses, no prominent slogans or logos.  Ordering details to follow in next week's newsletter.

"Field Trip" / Elementary Camp Policy
We have had many questions concerning the school's policy regarding children attending Field Trips and the Elementary Camping trip.  Please click here to read our policy.
