Notice a Property Maintenance Concern?
This is a very busy time of the year for property maintenance concerns, ranging from unkempt lawns to unenclosed storage.  The Village has an active Property Maintenance Enforcement program, but it is not possible to inspect every property in the Village, every day.

If you noticed a property maintenance concern and would like to report it to the Village, please use the Village's Report a Concern feature on the Village website.  If you have never used this feature of the Village website before, click here to view a brief tutorial video on the Report a Concern feature.

Have an iPhone?  If you do, you can download the Citizen Request Tracker App to report issues directly to the Village using your iPhone.  This is an easy and quick way to report issues without having to remember addresses or issues until you get home to your computer.
Tennis Court Crack Sealing and Restriping
The tennis courts at Ellsworth Park will undergo some routine maintenance in the coming weeks.  The work will include crack sealing and restriping of the tennis courts.  In addition, the three western tennis courts will also be stripped for Pickle Ball.  Never heard of Pickleball and want more information on this fun game?  The USA Pickleball Association has a lot of great information about this game and how to play it.

The Village anticipates having all this work completed by June so residents can enjoy the tennis courts this summer.

Absentee Ballots for the June 5 Recall Election

The first date that absentee ballots will be available fovolunteerr the 2012 Recall Election at Village Hall is May 21, 2012.  The Village has already received 90 absentee ballot requests, which will be mailed out on Monday, May 21 as well.  Please remember the last day to request an absentee ballot in person is Friday, June 1 before 5:00 pm.  There is no absentee voting at Village Hall the day before the Election.

Social Security Statements now Online

The Social Security Administration website has a new, easy-to-use online tool for viewing and requesting your Social Security Statement online.  The statement provides estimates of your Social Security benefits, a list of your lifetime earnings according to Social Security's records, general information about Social Security, estimated Social Security and Medicare taxes you have paid, information about qualifying and signing up for Medicare, and much more.

To view your Social Security Statement online, you must first create an account with the Social Security Administration.

Home Reassessments Start May 21
Accurate Appraisal will begin inspections of homes for reassessment purposes beginning May 21.  Residents that are having a home inspection should have received a letter from Accurate Appraisal that asked them to set-up an inspection time.

The areas that will have walk thru inspections this year will be from E. Bay Point, E. Brown Deer, E. Crocker, E. Donges, and E. Fairy Chasm. They will also be inspecting homes involved with building permits, splits and sales. Please note that there may be more home areas selected once they have completed the query for field work.
