Happy 30 Years

The Village would like to extend a sincere thank you and congratulations to Officer Chuck Paige, who celebrated thirty (30) years of service with the Village on Thursday, March 1.

Chuck, who has already set a retirement date of June, 1, 2012, is the longest (current) tenured officer on the force.  Chuck was honored by the Village Board of Trustees during the March 1 meeting.  The picture to the right shows chuck on the day of his hire in 1982 - what a suit!

Flu Shots

In Milwaukee County there have been numerous outbreaks of respiratory illness this flu season.  Some have been attributed to Influenza A/H3, with school surveys indicating that the greatest number of absences for illnesses are due to upper respiratory illness.

The next immunization clinics will be held Thursday, March 8th at Shorewood from 3-4:30pm, and Tuesday, March 13th at Brown Deer from10-11am.  Please call 371-2980 for an appointment.

Welcome Wagon

While we celebrate the longevity of one Bayside Police Officer, we welcome a new face to the force.  Paul Picciolo was sworn in on Monday, February 27.

Paul is graduate of the Police Cadet Academy from MATC-Oak Creek, and has begun field training with the Village.  Please help us welcome Paul and wish him the best of luck!

Send Us Your Photos

We want to know why you love living in Bayside.  Send us your photos of your favorite parts of the Village.  Is there something that perfectly defines living in our community?  Let us know.

Photos sent to the Village may be posted on our Facebook page or Village website.  Send your photos in to Village Hall. Here's one to get you started!
