Tip of the Week | Don't cut your lawn too short, especially during the dry months of summer. Having your lawn cut too short can cause uneccessary stress, making your lawn vulnerable to pest and disease issues. |

Village Office Closed - Collections Reminder |
|
In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Village Hall offices will be closed on Monday, September 5. As such, all regularly schedule garbage and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day (e.g. Regularly scheduled Monday garbage will be picked up Tuesday, etc.)
Also, a quick reminder that the next scheduled yard waste pickup will NOT be the week of September 5. Due to the shortened holiday week, collection will not take place until the following week, September 12. Residents are asked to have all of their yard waste at the curb by 7am the day of their scheduled pickup. Please, DO NOT put any yard waste in the street, as this can cause vehicle damage and create unsafe situations for vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians. |
