Vancouver B.C., March 30, 2010 -  The Macdonald-Laurier Institute, a new independent and non-partisan think tank based in Ottawa, opened its doors on March 1, 2010.  The institute is lead by Brian Lee Crowley, author of national bestseller Fearful Symmetry: The fall and rise of Canada’s founding values. On May 6^th, 2010 the institute is hosting an inaugural fund raising dinner in Vancouver at the Pan Pacific Hotel.
