Vancouver B.C., March 15, 2010 - Today Aboriginal author Calvin Helin released a groundbreaking paper co-authored with Dave Snow on reforming the Post-secondary secondary student support program. Given the demographic crises facing Canada it is absolutely critical that the conditions for better Aboriginal education outcomes be optimized.
