Another great day here in paradise.....I love a crisp Fall day.....Sitting outside, grabbing a hot Irish Coffee out on the deck at West street or on the Patio at Edgewater...Crisp air and Hot Irish Whiskey...That's livin baby!!!

The holiday season approaches and just so you know in advance...

We WILL be OPEN Thanksgiving night at 7pm at BOTH SALOONS!

.It will be our Annual "Jeez, my family is driving me batchit bash!!!"...Wow...Thanksgiving already......

We continue to roll along oh Mighty Email Army...West Street continues to kick butt and Edgewater has really begun to find it legs......

The SnJ South CAPS CLUB is growing......

What's that you ask!!!????...Well, wear your CAPS gear during any game and get $5 Wings, $5 Capt Morgan Drinks, $5 Smirnoff Drinks and $2.50 Domestic Drafts. Once a month we will host a Caps Club Meeting (excuse to party!!) and a Caps Jersey will be given away. Fill out an entry form during any game and you must be present to win. Next Caps Club Party is Tuesday night November 29th. caps

A date to remember is Saturday the 19th...We will be hosting, along with Food Link & Chesapeake Happenings Magazine, a food drive.......$10 and two cans of food gets you 10 Live Local Bands jammin and a big dollop of GOOD KHARMA...

It will be a great evening to kick off the holiday season-6pm-???

With the Holiday Season upon us...The Lounge availability is beginning to dwindle. Make sure you call Tracy ASAP about booking private parties upstairs. Seats 40 ish and Cocktails 60 ish...Mike the beer GURU continues to expand our Craft Beer Selection. We have had some great reviews and Mike will continue to expand our beer knowledge...Look for his thoughts in The Beer Corner!!!

Looks like fall is upon us once again. As I am sure you have noticed the Great Pumpkin is on draft and going fassssttt. get it before it's gone. Many of you have commented on how great Starr Hill's Pumpkin Porter was and how much you miss it. Well we have been able to get another keg and after the Great Pumpkin it will be back for an encore performance!!

As for bottles the Crispin Saint has been hard to keep in stock, but thanks to our friend Matt at Legends we have some more in house! This is probably the best cider I have EVER had!! Many also agree with me. Grab a bomber while you can. As for our friends at New Belgium, 12oz bottles are now available, stay tuned for this little treat. Southern Tier Pumking still on deck for a special treat! New Belgium beer dinner coming up and much more. As always let me know what you are looking for and we will try to make it happen..

We're on a bus to Cincinnati. (Why a bus you ask??? Cause we lost all our dough last week because of the Dirty Birds and can't afford to fly.) We make a wrong turn EXACTLY 3.746 miles shy of our exit on the PA turnpike. The bus driver tells us it will only cost us 4 minutes and fifty three seconds in additional travel time. We have deviled eggs in brown paper bags that only last 6 hours and 17 seconds with no air conditioning (we could only afford a cheapazz bus). Fourteen minutes (EXACTLY) out from our destination, the driver turns and asks this week's EASY trivia question:

Q: What was Lil' Joes' favorite color crayon to eat as a child?

LJ would get repeatedly Ruler WHACKED by a bevy of bodacious nuns. (I think his favorite was Dinga) Hence...this week's REAL trivia....Have at it SNJ staff...........
