Wow....November already....Halloween flew by.

As is tradition, we went to Grand mom's neighborhood and trick or treated... Michael was an Angry Bird. (Raven perhaps.... but that's this Sunday...more on that later...) The thing though, was when my sister got there earlier, Mom's bedroom light was on (I am serious!!) SPOOKY! Oh well, we miss ya mom and we're glad you were there spirit!! Well, with the holiday's right around the corner, all I can say is...USE ME!!!!! (Boy I haven't said THAT since my Rugby days!!)

Here's the deal gang ...Both EDGEWATER and ANNAPOLIS have the BEST HAPPY HOUR AROUND...1/2 Price Drinks and Apps.....SO>>>With times being tight, why not use OUR happy hour for YOUR holiday party..Call us up..reserve a table and just party...It wont be private, but you WILL have a GREAT TIME!!!
For parties of 40 or more...Call Tracy...We have the Lounge in Naptown if you want it private and in Edgewater we could accommodate 40 to 50 EASY!!!

Now...The News from the kitchen is that we have started our BLUE PLATE SPECIALS (formerly Winter Warmers)...Daily, Quick, Easy and inexpensive Lunches & Dinners that are nice on the wallet and filling to the tummy..

I KNOW it's TOO EARLY to think holidays....but it's really not....Party with us kids....you know we know how to do it right!!!!

First thanks to all the people that made it to the fall beer extravaganza. The verdict was some really unique beer and some awesome food pairings. Stay tuned for the next event coming up. Rumors are something about New Belgium in early December, let me know your thoughts on this... Some of what we learned from the event is as follows. The Crispin Saint beer is spectacular! A cider made with Belgian Trapist yeast. Although they only come in bombers they were going fast!! So we have decided to carry this downstairs in the main bar because of the great response. Get it while it lasts, it won't be around forever but you have to try it if you have not had the chance. Not sure if it's good?? Ask Robin, her new favorite beer!!

Speaking of downstairs , now on draft is Heavy Seas the Great Pumpkin. An Imperial Pumpkin Ale full of flavor and feels like the fall weather we are now experiencing. This also may go fast, like the fall season apparently so come grab a pint before all that's left are the stories of its deliciousness. Another gem we have are New Belgium's Fat Tire in bomber bottles. Right out of Colorado for your enjoyment.
