It's a rainy day here in RI but things are looking up for Pet Walk! The 2010 posters and brochures have arrived today and we need your help distributing them throughout the state! This month we are also highlighting the need for foster homes. Maybe you can open up your home & hearts to this life-saving volunteer program?

 Posters & Brochures Have Arrived!
Pet Walk promotion materials have arrrived at PARL and are ready to be picked up and distributed!
Can you help us by putting out the posters and brochures in your community?
Distribution lists have been created for each city/town in RI. Each list has suggested locations to promote Pet Walk, but remember...these are just places WE have thought of! Be creative and energetic! Visit any place YOU can think of that can help Pet Walk raise as much funds as possible for the animals!
If you are interested in being a Pet Walk Promoter, please contact Connie Bolduc, Events Manager by email or at 401.421.1399 ext 210 right away! She will have material ready and waiting for you to pick up at PARL! |

There are many ways that you can help on the day of Pet Walk. Registering participants, walk monitor, helping at the food tent, etc... | Pet Walk Volunteer Meetings |

 All Welcome!
We will be holding Pet Walk Volunteer Meetings for interested volunteers. It will cover all aspects of the event, review of the volunteer positions, time commitment, logistics and more.
There are two meeting dates for you to choose from:
- Wednesday, April 7th at 6:00 PM
- Saturday, April 10th at 10:00 AM

 Foster Care Volunteers Needed
Opening your heart and home to provide temporary care for a cat or dog is a tremendously rewarding experience for both the foster parent and the foster animal.
Countless numbers of kittens, puppies, cats and dogs receive a temporary home and wonderful care from our dedicated team of foster parents until they are ready to be adopted into a permanent home.
Fostering is a great way to bring a furry companion into your life when you are not quite ready to make a lifetime commitment. Fostering also allows you to volunteer from the comfort of your own home!
