Berman Jewish Policy Archive @ NYU Wagner Newsletter
Dec. 2009
Dear Friend,
It has been an exciting month for the Berman Jewish Policy Archive @ NYU Wagner. We officially opened our virtual doors to the world, with celebrations at the GA in Washington, DC and here in New York, where Ruth Messinger spoke about "Repairing the World For Its Own Sake." In case you missed Ruth's talk-or would like to hear it again-you may listen to the audio or view the video of her important words.

We now have over 4,000 documents on Jewish communal life, education, identity, demographic trends, leadership, organizational development and many more topics. Our goal is to bridge policy and practice by enabling practitioners to access academic research and researchers to be informed by what's happening on the ground. We hope that you will find bjpa.org useful, visit often, and share this resource with interested colleagues and friends. And of course if you have any feedback-positive or negative-I would love to hear from you.

Best wishes,
Steven

They also include a 2005 brief on the Jewish community's work to combat the global AIDs pandemic, and a 2007 HIV/AIDS Education and Outreach guide for JCCs.
