WREN grants are funded by the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania Citizen Education Fund through a Section 319 Federal Clean Water Act grant from the US Environmental Protection Agency administered by Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. DCNR C2P2 Grants Workshops Thr PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will offer a series of seven FREE grant workshops throughout the Commonwealth, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. These workshops will focus on Community Conservation Partnership Program (C2P2) grants - and how to develop a competitive project, the requirements for submitting a "ready to go" project, the eGrants application process, changes to the 2011 C2P2 Grants Program, and the criteria and other helpful tools for designing and developing a "green and sustainable" project.
