GALA was organized to promote the arts as an essential component of a healthy community. We believe that artistic expression is a community's greatest legacy for future generations. GALA will increase awareness and appreciation of the arts by way of exhibits, instruction, theater productions, musical programs and provision of scholarships to students in local schools.

Exciting New Volunteer Opportunity as a GALA Town Ambassador!
In effort to do a better job of serving the many communities that comprise the "Area" of Gardner Area League of Artists, a network of town ambassadors is being developed. Our goal is to improve GALA's visibility beyond Gardner's city line. The primary responsibility of the ambassadors will be to post announcements in visible places in their community. This terrific volunteer opportunity does not require a great time commitment, has schedule flexibility, and you will have the satisfaction of knowing that what you are doing is having a positive impact on both your community and GALA!
If you would like to learn more about being a Town Ambassador for GALA, please contact Joanne Holtje at info@galagardner.org and include the word "ambassador" in the subject line.
