GALA LogoTopGALA Newsletter

GALA was organized to promote the arts as an essential component of a healthy community. We believe that artistic expression is a community's greatest legacy for future generations. GALA will increase awareness and appreciation of the arts by way of exhibits, instruction, theater productions, musical programs and provision of scholarships to students in local schools.

Artist Statement Project

We wish to increase the public's awareness of our artists and encourage you to create an artist statement which we will display at the show. It is recommended (though not required) that you include a self-portrait, as well as an image of a piece that will be in the show.

Artists who register early are most likely to be included in show press releases. Your artist statement is a tool we can use in our publicity. Please give us the opportunity to publicize you and the show by sending us your Call for Artist Form and artist statement as early as possible.

Please contact us with publicity information as well.
