There are 2 ways to purchase our classes:

1. Class Packs: 5, 10, 15 or 20 class pack

2. Memberships: 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 1 year unlimited classes - EXCELLENT choice if you take more than 3 classes/week.

REPEAT - no more Boot Camp Memberships. Class Packs and Memberships include all types of classes!

New Workshop: Sports Yoga, A Step Deeper

You've been asking, and we listened. 

Do you want to know how to get the most out of each of our Sports Yoga postures? Do you want a one-on-one, hands-on experience? This New Workshop is for you. It will be offered on the third weekend of every month on either a Saturday or Sunday.

After taking this in-depth workshop, you will get so much more out of each and every pose. Plank will never feel the same again.

Next Workshop is scheduled for Sunday, November 21st  from 12:30 - 2:00. Cost, $30.

Let's become fit, not FAT this Holiday Season

Although it's not feeling much like winter in the air, the days are growing shorter and the season of FEASTing is upon us. Never fails that from Halloween through New Year's, most people gain weight. Why? Serotonin levels drop (that's the feel good neurotransmitter) and we crave comfort foods (like simple carbohydrates) to give us that short boost in mood and energy. So, by winter's end, we tend to put on a few pounds. The best way to combat the Holiday weight gain and stressed out moods is to prioritize exercise. Let's declare that this is the Season of Fitness NOT Fatness.

2st Run Clinic Scheduled - Preventing Injuries

Our first Run Clinic focused on pacing, stride and the overall biomechanics of running. This next clinic will continue that discussion but also spend time covering common run injuries, how they occur and most importantly, steps you can take to prevent them.  The cost is $20. The information is priceless.

Remember, Run Club is EVERY SUNDAY at 10:30 and is FREE and open to any one.

Run Clinics will be held monthly on the 2nd Sunday at 9:30. Runs will be scheduled weekly on Sundays at 10:30. It's a great opportunity to learn about running, practice techniques as well as gain valuable information about training, nutrition and gear. The runs will be mapped at a variety of distances ranging from 3 to 5 miles early in the season and gradually growing in distance getting runners ready for half-marathons in the early spring.

Thanksgiving Potluck and Ping-Pong Tournament


In the spirit of Thanksgiving, everyone can bring a dish of some sort. We will handle the cocktails. We plan to transform Camp Fit into a ping-pong arena! You won't want to miss this one!
