We are proud to offer our version of a Group Ride. These rides start/end at become fit/El Monte on Wednesday Evenings 6:00 til whenever you finish the ride. These are NO DROP rides, are 25 miles and alternate among 3 routes.

Spring is finally here. You have been working hard this winter to become fit and we are so excited to give you more opportunities to test it out in the warmer weather. Our Wednesday Night, No-Drop Group Rides will start April 14th. Our new Camp Fit Studio is open for business. And, of course, the best Spinning and Sports Yoga classes available to keep you strong this summer as you hike, bike, run, and swim your way to health and happiness.

It's official! We have expanded at become fit - because you asked for more ways to become fit and we listened. Our new Camp Fit Studio is now open for business and it has 2 garage doors!
Camp Fit is become fit's version of Boot Camp. And, just like our exceptional Spinning and Sports Yoga classes, the program is top-notch.
The 4 week program is designed to give you the results. Each class focuses on either Strength, Power or Core. When you sign up for Camp Fit, you receive 1 Spinning and 1 Sports Yoga each week. You can purchase Camp Fit at 3 different levels: 1x/week, 2x/week or 3x/week. Or, just want to try it on for size? Do a drop-in class. How can you NOT become fit?
