Heather offers a gentle yoga practice accessible to all levels.  Her style is a  fusion of Anahata, Kundalini and Hatha yoga, a gentle flow with a focus on the breath, activating your core, raising the kundalini and sacred sounding for healing and opening the heart! 
The human body and the entire earth are made up of energy, vibrating at different frequencies. When out of rhythm, disease and disharmony results. Vibrational sound healing addresses imbalances or blockages of the energy channels. The body can heal itself when given the proper frequencies. Explore various Vocal Sound Healing techniques including chanting, toning ancient healing sounds for balancing the organs, chakras, energy field and for manifestation.

 

Crystal Singing Bowl Healings   

There are those that believe Crystal Singing Bowls are an ancient Lemurian and Atlantis healing technology that is resurfacing.  Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying, and transmitting pure tone. When the bowls are played the sound penetrates into our very cells and re-balances them through oscillation and entrainment. The vibrations move through the spine and diffuse along the nerve pathways to the organs, tissues and cells, in turn affecting blood circulation and metabolism. Crystal Singing Bowl therapy also helps to balance the hemispheres of the brain, the Sacred Energy Centers of the body and re-energize the auric field. Healing is thus made possible on all levels and an alignment with the Higher Self is created and grounded on a cellular level.

The word "permaculture" was coined in 1978 by Bill Mollison, an Australian ecologist, and one of his students, David Holmgren. It is a contraction of "permanent agriculture" or "permanent culture".  The focus is on the creation of high quality, sustainable human habitats. It can be applied at many levels of scale, from garden and landscape design to site planning, the integration of agriculture and forestry and urban/rural design. In this tour, youwill learn the basic concepts of permaculture and tour through gardens th at have been created using permaculture practices. You will also learn about specific organic farming practice that are used in accordance with this method. Permaculture adopts techniques and principles from ecology, appropriate technology, sustainable agriculture, and the wisdom of indigenous peoples. The ethical basis of permaculture rests upon care of the earth-maintaining a system in which all life can thrive. We hope you will thrive with the knowledge you receive from this tour!

We will be at hosting this journey at a beautiful lush tropical estate on Maui's North Shore.  We have accommodations to suite every budget from a luxurious king suite, to inexpensive dorm rooms or camping!  This beautiful private garden estate on Maui's North Shore comes complete with a yoga studio, salt water swimming pool, far-infrared sauna and a non toxic jacuzzi!   Rooms will be assigned on a first come first served basis!  So register early!!!

Heather is the founder and High Priestess of the Black Swan Temple of Light* and is an ordained minister of the Essene and priestess of Isis. Extensively trained in the healing and performing arts and raised by visionary civil rights activist parents, Heather brings a depth, creativity and cellular knowledge to her work that is deeply rooted in Love!

DONNY REGAL
Donny works with music as a spiritual source of inspiration, healing and spiritual awakening. He has provided musical support for spiritual events, ceremonies, dances and Tantric pujas for the last twenty five years and has worked with Sophia and other spiritual recording artist as a producer and musician to create many Spiritual and New age albums. He has studied the work of Margo Anand, Lori Grace Star and Mantak Chia and Marshal Rosenberg, Robert Gonzales and has been integrating this work into his intimate relationships for many years. He is highly versed in Compassionate Communication and is constantly integrating it into his Tantric practice. He is the developer of "The Lover's Language."

In 2009 Donny left Hawaii and moved to California and then to Middletown next to Harbin Hot Springs. Currently, Donny teaches classes, workshops and retreats; and produces and creates multimedia music, dance and sound healing rituals, New Moon Sound and Energy Healing Ceremonies for World Peace. SOLOMON SIKIRDJI has made Maui his home for the past 33 years!  His personal tour company is called Bali Hati (Heart of Bali) His philosophy is traveling as a pilgrim not a tourist.  This way you get to have a personal experience and participate not just observe. Solomon has been on the Sufi path over 30 years incorporating Sufi wisdom and teachings with his daily life. He has also helped with organizing two annual Sufi camps on Maui, Hawaii.  He is a Healing conductor with DHO and will offer Sufi Healing ritual.
