Greetings Friends,
I hope that you had a fun and safe Halloween! We had a sound healing ceremony on Sunday night and celebrated All Saints Day and Dia De Los Mortes which is the day that Mexicans honor their deceased ancestors!
The messages from the ancestors were very clear! They spoke of forgiveness ... and we realized that most of our suffering stems from our inability to forgive ourselves for not being able to please some external force like family, our society or some status quo idea of how we think we are supposed to be! Enough suffering they said already! LOVE YOURSELF!!! That's the most important thing! We are here for only a short while so find your Joy and happiness.
People shared messages from dreams involving those that passed. They told them that they wanted to be forgiven and that they forgave too.
So much energy we put into trying to make other people do things that we think are going to make us happy. Its a never ending cycle it seems and it's time to transform this way we have been with each other.
So with that, I am very pleased to offer the first level Meditation Series in the Essene Path of Peace and Self Empowerment which starts next week in Novato!
This 7 week workshop meets on Tuesdays 7pm-9pm and is filling up fast! So if you are interested, please email me as soon as possible.
Also, the Pachamama Fundraising Luncheon is November 19th and I still have a few spots available at my table, so if you would like to join us for what is promising to be a very memorable afternoon, please email me as soon as possible!

The
course will cover chakra balancing, energy cleansing and empowerment
techniques. This is a powerful "in the body" self healing technique
which forms the foundation for the Essene Sevenfold Path of Peace
practices and ministry which include energy healing, healing practices
for women, psychic development, working with dreams and purification
practices.
