(Albuquerque, NM - September 2011) - Z-Tech, Inc., the New Mexico-based parent company behind Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear, is now offering state residents the opportunity to purchase shares in the company to help finance new product development, as well as the eventual transitioning of all manufacturing and assembly to the United States.
Two million, five hundred thousand (2,500,000) shares of Z-Tech Common Stock are now available for purchase at $1.00 per share, but only to residents of the state of New Mexico. Unlike typical investment opportunities, Z-Tech investors at the $500.00 level and above receive vouchers for free footwear; a $1000.00 investment rates four (4) free pair of any brand of Z-Tech footwear.
"It's a win/win for investors because they can put money into an emerging company and immediately receive up to $1,000 worth of retail product," said Andrs Gallegos, President/CEO of Z-Tech, Inc.
"The faster we raise these funds, the faster we will be able to gain greater control over our manufacturing process," Gallegos added, "which means improving our ability to innovate, ensure quality, save on duties and shipping, and bring new brands to market."
All product research, development, and engineering has already been brought back to the United States, as has the manufacturing of certain Z-CoiL footwear components. Several new product developments are also currently in the works:
- Just arrived is a new line of footwear called Bio-Trek. This new "hybrid" shoe combines a built-in orthotic with an advanced Bio-Sole™, a perfect fusion of comfort and support.
- In the spring of 2012, Z-Tech is introducing a completely re-engineered Z-CoiL shoe, featuring all new upper designs, an improved orthotic, greater spring suspension, lower heel height, reduced weight, and more.
- Scheduled for the spring of 2013 is the BellaViv, a women's high-heel dress shoe featuring a built-in orthotic and spring cushioning system.
Through these initiatives and the stock offering, adds Gallegos, "our aim is to grow the company and ultimately reward those investors who believe in our mission of changing people's lives through quality footwear products."
