Four Super Fruits that Jump-Start Slimming 
When you were a child, your mom probably told you to eat fruit. Although she might have been more interested in keeping you healthy (fruit has zero cholesterol, serves as a good source of heart-healthy fiber and contains phytochemicals that reduce blood pressure and the risk of cancer and type 2 diabetes) boosting your fruit intake may also help you lose weight. What's more, fruit is a delicious, inexpensive substitute for carbs like pizza, chips or sweets.
Apples block fast absorption
ApplesPeople who nosh on three apples a day lose 28 percent more weight than those who avoid the fruit, report Brazilian researchers. Each apple contains 5 grams of pectin, a soluble fiber that blocks the absorption of 90 calories of dietary fat and suppresses appetite for four hours straight. Also if you feast away on apple slices throughout the day, you'll be less tempted to hit up the vending machine to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Raspberries eliminate trapped fluid
RaspberriesBerries' anthocyanins block the storage of fat to prevent weight gain. "and raspberries also reduce cellular inflammation," adds Dr. Robin H. Miller, M.D., co-author of The Smart Woman's Guide to Midlife & Beyond. "That's the key to flushing excess water weight." In fact, studies show that eating 1 cup of raspberries daily help dieters shed 2 pounds per week. Jazz up your breakfast by tossing a handful of berries on cold cereal or prepare a quick parfait with frozen berries, yogurt and low-fat granola.

Grapefruit balances blood sugar
Eating half a grapefruit with meals helps people lose 20 pounds in 13 weeks, say researchers at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Grapefruit's antioxidants help stabilize blood sugar. If you usually eat chips with your lunch, try eating grapefruit instead. Peel and section a grapefruit in the morning before you go to work, and toss it in a plastic zipper bag.

Grapes Boost metabolism
GrapesThe antioxidant resveratrol increases activity of SIRT1, the gene that controls the rate at which cells metabolize stored fat for energy, report scientists at Germany's University of Ulm. They found that eating 1 cup of grapes daily can boost fat loss by 25 percent. Snack on frozen grapes for a late night treat. They're sweet, crunchy and cold-and they'll make you forget about the pint of Ben & Jerry's in your freezer.

Black FreedomsI have worked at sports venues for the last 11 years requiring 12 to 15 hours on my feet, rarely getting to sit; if at all.  I have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the last 10 years on footwear. The pain was never ending, starting at the feet, through the ankles, up the legs, and straight into my back. I was in pain 24/7. It got so bad that I even considered quitting my job as I believed there was no relief in sight. This was heartbreaking to consider, since I love my job!
Then, I met Stefanie at the Avon, IN Z-CoiL store! I will never buy another pair of shoes again!! I have had my Z-CoiL shoes for 10 months and they are WONDERFUL!! In that time frame I would have spent more money on other tennis shoes (approx. 5 pair) as they break down within 6 weeks. To date my Z-CoiL shoes show no wear, I get stopped all of the time at work by people who want to know how long I've had them and, after talking to me, want to know where they can get a pair.  

And to those of you who think they are ugly; you may think anything you want, but remember this:  I DON"T HURT ANYMORE AND I GO DANCING AFTER WORK! Yes, you CAN dance in them!  Z-CoiL is the only shoe for me!! Now, I just have to figure out which pair to buy next!

Do cardio in the early morning
Ultimately, the best time to exercise is when you'll actually do it, say experts at the American College of Sports Medicine. That's one reason for scheduling it early in the day. You have fewer distractions and, if something does interfere, you can still reschedule for the afternoon or evening. If you exercise outdoors, you'll be happy to know that air pollution is typically lowest in the morning. And research demonstrates that working out boosts brain activity afterward-a great way to begin your day.
"Just don't exercise on empty," advises Fabio Comana, an exercise physiologist with the American Council on Exercise. "If you take a trip on a half tank of gas, how far will you get before you need to refuel?" Have a small (100- to 300-calorie) snack 30 minutes before going for a jog or bike ride.
