Open House 2010
Serphina HM, photo by Vicki Rule | We had a wonderful Open House on July 11th. For the first time in three years, we had sunny weather. The foals enjoyed themselves with about 60 people stopping in through out the day to visit with them.
Vicki Rule took some great photos again this year. We have put them up on our Open House 2010 webpage.
Thank you to everyone who stopped in. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Where's Hof?
Some of you may have already heard, but we are having some fun this season at the shows...introducing the 'Where's Hof?' Contest.
Many friends have started referring to Jeff as Hof. He puts a lot of time and effort into our horses behind the scenes, so this season we decided to bring some attention to him.
Spot Hof out at a show and take a photo...submit it to our photo contest. Top photos will receive Dover Gift Certificates.
Spot Hof at NEDA Fall and give him your business card. We will pull a few of those cards at the end of NEDA Fall and give away some horse necessities.
So join in on the fun and meet Hof at the shows!
See website for full details and show schedule!

We hope you are having a wonderful summer! This is our busiest time of year, but also the most fun. The 2010 foals have arrived and they are beautiful. Two of our three mares have been confirmed in foal for next year. SPS Pakesa is in-foal to Dacaprio (Davignon - Caprimond) and EM Day Dream is in-foal to Londonderry (Lauries Crusader xx - Warkant). SPS Destiny will have the year off and be bred early in 2011. Also, the 2010 show season has started and we already have a few qualified for the Finals at NEDA Fall. The AHS inspection was partially canceled this year due to travel issues with the jury. So the foals were not formally presented. They will be branded on the farm later this fall. We are currently in the midst of the final preparations for our last three shows.

Foals of 2010
Our 2010 foals have arrived and we have been blessed with two beautiful fillies! Seraphina HM - born May 7th, dark bay hanoverian filly by Soleil Q (Sunlight xx - Wolkenstein II) out of EM Day Dream (Don Bosco - Furinos). Sera combines two very strong damlines...her own and that of her sire's. As we have already kept a filly from Day Dream, Seraphina is offered for sale, details below. Lorelei HM - born June 5th, chestnut hanoverian filly by Londonderry (Lauries Crusader xx - Warkant) out of SPS Destiny (Desert Moon - Wesley). Finally a filly from this wonderful cross that has previously provided us with three exceptional colts! Lily will become a future broodmare for our farm, but only after she has a dressage career. EM = Elite Mare, SPS = States Premium Mare

Foal Sales Seraphina HM - dark bay hanoverian filly by Soleil Q out of Elite Mare Day Dream, born May 7th. Sera is a beautiful typy filly with uphill, balanced gaits. At her first show she scored a 79.3% and is qualified for the Finals at NEDA Fall. Sera received excellent comments of "good through back" and "good reach" at the walk and "good articulation of the hock joint" and "good suspension" at the trot.
Her movement and conformation make her an excellent upper level dressage prospect and her bloodlines and mare line make her an excellent broodmare later in life. This is the first time we have offered a filly for sale from our breeding program. If you prefer the girls over the boys, this one should not be overlooked.
Asking $15000
