love summer - it is my favorite season. I love the long, lazy days in the
breezy sunshine... the smell of the BBQ... the sounds of kids playing in the water.
When
the sun is shining I want to be playing not working.
As
an entrepreneur, there is a TON to get done. I could swear my to-do list is a
perpetual motion machine. But my marketing and customer service is getting done
- and done very well! - even while I play.
Someone
once asked the former president of Coca-Cola: What is the number one skill
required for success?
What
do you think he said? Communication skills? Strategic thinking? Intense focus? Nope.
He
said, with absolute conviction: "What separates those who achieve from

Summer Intensive Completion!

Congratulations to all who took part in the Erickson summer programs
this month in Vancouver!
The 4+ weeks of summer training has been a very magical time with many
friendships and long-term alliances formed - and fantastic weather! For
those of you who have been part of an Erickson intensive training in the past,
you my find yourself recalling the many special moments you also experienced.
Two full groups completed The Art & Science of Coaching
Summer Intensive for a total of 75 participants taking part at both the Granville Island and Westin Grand locations. The month
of training was truly complete with much social time and celebration together including
a super evening a boat cruise and the final night of sharing talents, song and
laughter. The solution focused coaching skills demonstrated were commendable...Coaching
excellence is in the air and love and connection in our hearts!

Coaching Team Thinking and Team Innovation for 3 full days of learning and
practice.
The summer programs finished with a very special and outstanding
experience of 4 Quadrant Thinking. This magnificent course was presented by Marilyn,
leaving us all with a profound sense of appreciation for our human potential! A
warm thank you goes to all who contributed to making this event a worthwhile
experience ...participants, Erickson trainers, assistants and staff, and
all who lent a gracious hand.

Tony Husted, PCC, will be presenting the Inner Game for Coaches on behalf of Erickson Coaching International at the conference.
This conference and
workshops are accredited by ICF as a continuing coach education units CCE.
For the very first time
coaching promoters Timothy Gallwey and Sir John Whitmore are going to be in
Prague. 37 years ago they indicated the ways of coaching used by companies all
over the world. They had lived and formed what we read in books today. You will
learn about roots and present of coaching, performance coaching and new ways
and trends in coaching. On the second conference day there will be a workshop
at a sports ground for 40 participants.
Both promoters will talk about projects
they worked on, about their successes and mistakes they have
learned from. You can
ask whatever you are interested in during a discussion. In the conference
program there will be also Czech top managers who will share with you their
current experience with coaching in their companies. If you would like
to get as much practical information as possible for your job from the most
competent persons, do not let this first run of coaching stars go by without attending. Сome to
