Choosing paint sheen

Even though color is a huge part of choosing paint, We often have very educational discussions with homeowners about what sheen to use. Basically your more shiny luster is easier to clean and may give the look you are after. Be aware that imperfections in the wall are more apt to show in a more shiny paint finish. So spend more effort making sure the surface is ready before starting with pain if you plan to use a more glossy finish.
