Zac Nafziger is an abstract artist working mainly in stained glass. Since 1992, he has been creating show and commissioned works throughout the Shenandoah Valley. He is able to create windows customized to fit almost any opening.

Zac's designs are guided by his surroundings, sometimes based off colors, sometimes a simple line that determines the next line that makes a shape.

Examples of his work can be viewed at:

Your home is your biggest investment, and the best way to protect it is by hiring an ethical, professional remodeler. Let's get started!

Find a Professional
When you hire a remodeler, you are buying a service rather than a product. The quality of the service the remodeler provides will determine the quality of the finished product and your satisfaction.

Tax Credit for First-Time Home Buyers

New HomeownersFor the tax credit program, the IRS defines a first-time home buyer as someone who has not owned a principal residence during the three-year period prior to the purchase. Unlike the tax credit enacted in 2008, the tax credit does not have to be repaid.

The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the home's purchase price up to a maximum of $8,000. The credit is available for homes closed on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. New construction homes qualify, but now is the time to get started to meet the deadline!
