choice. The TMT system allows you or your clients with limited English to
communicate rapidly and efficiently. Your voice or text messages are translated
and delivered in minutes. Call the assigned system number or go online to
compose your text message and Dialog One's TMT voice and text manager will
promptly translate, deliver and confirm that your message has been received.
We ensure that you and your clients will get the intended
original message. Dialog One's TMT voice and text manager only allows access to
authorized users. Service requests for TMT voice are made via local dial tone
and text manager services accessed via internet from 7:00 AM to 7: 00 PM
Monday through Friday. Voice message response time is 3 minutes and text
response time is currently 15 minutes from the time the message is received, no
advance notice is required for TMT voice and text services. Requests for rare
languages will be managed on a case-by-case basis; allow extra time for these
cases or make your service requests in advance through the Centralized Resource
Manager (CRM) system.
