Meet the Staff & Volunteers of PCM:
Barb Marion
 Barb Marion has been working at the Mission for a little over a year in our family shelter as a Supervisor.
She has two children, of whom she is very proud; a son who is 17 and a daughter who is 14. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Barb moved to Lincoln in 2006. She and her family love it here!
When asked what she likes most about working at the Mission and what personal rewards she gets from her job, Barb said, "I love everything about my job. I strive to offer the best support that the Lord has equipped me with to provide to our guests in any and every situation. I love how the children see me and they just run and jump right in my arms and tell me how much they miss and love me so much!"

Mark your calendar for September 22 when we will be having the 2010 Nebraska Leadership Conference. This will be an extremely useful conference for businesses, organizations and individuals alike. Our focus this year is on learning to embrace change - seeing opportunity where others see obstacles.

New, Easier Way to Donate to PCM
We want to raise our voices against poverty and hunger, and we want you to be able to do that, too. Recently we have added a "text to give" option so that anyone with a cell phone can easily donate to PCM.
If you text the word VOICE to the number 50555, you can donate $5 to the Mission. Think about it with a few keystrokes you can give one person three square meals right now. The charge will be added to your phone bill for that month. It's that easy!
You can still donate in all the other ways we have available, too. To get more information about donating with your phone, you can go to our donate page here. We also have a giving page on facebook. Check it out!
