Like 2000 pounds of frozen chicken!
Yes, that's one ton - one semi trailer full to be exact! Due to a shipping error we got a call that if we wanted 2000 pounds of chicken, all we had to do was pick it up. Turns out the chicken did belong to a company in Arkansas. Yikes! But when George's Inc. found out we had the chicken and we are a homeless shelter, they donated it to us!

OUR FREE MEDICAL CLINIC IS OPEN
The PCM Free Medical Clinic Grand Opening was held Friday, July 10th. We are excited to see wonderful things already happening. Not only are we providing care for some of our guests living here at the Mission, we are also helping a number of folks in Lincoln who are uninsured.
