Transformational Dance Journey

Saturday December 10

You are invited to an ecstatic dance ceremony with Christy Lindell.(www.reflectionsholisticretreat.com)

We will be weaving meditation, yoga, Kundalini Dance tools, breathwork and compassionately guided dance into a journey into the chakras. This is a sacred offering of joy, transformation and playfulness.  This is a ceremony to experience if you love to dance to sweat your prayers, to celebrate, and to anchor into the fun and potency of dancing with other conscious dancers.

Linda's magical story time!

 

 

This program requires no pre-registering, and it is BY DONATION.

Dates are:

 

Date A) Dec 20th 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Date B) Dec 27th 6:30 - 7:30 pm

 

Come join us for story time! This interactive story time from some of Linda O'Connor's own unique fable's will bring children together to share the story and tap into their imagination! This is a parent-participate or be in support and view event. 

 

Date A) Please bring a small instrument for your child. There will be extras.

Date B) Please wear something magical (Whatever that means to the child)

Here's a brief look back on MoonDance's accomplishments over the past year.  (January's newsletter will include a look ahead to our goals and commitments for 2012).

 

Of course, this is just a smattering of MoonDance events, as listing all the wonderful activities of each instructor would not be possible.  Know that y/our instructors are active in your community as artists and/or teachers, and are available to share their talents.

 

We are nothing without you.  THANK YOU for your continued (or new!) support, and for valuing COMMUNITY and the ARTS.   

 

During this transition toward a more sustainable society, gathering to support each other in creativity, fitness, exploration and self-development is more important than ever!
