Plan Ahead, but stay in the Moment...
|
I'm writing this in October, just before leaving for Texas for the Ashtanga Level II Training... As I prepare for my trip, I find that I get a bit nervous and anxious, but when I bring my thoughts to the current moment, I'm fine and relaxed. I can breathe and visualize myself having a wonderful time. Caleigh has been studying the postures as well, to help assist me with teaching when I return. I'm looking forward to sharing new insights with you when I return.
