Resource for Families with Young Children
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) launched a new For Families website for parents and families with young children. The For Families site provides families with information on finding quality child care, articles about how children learn by well-known pediatricians and child development experts, and creative learning ideas to try at home. In addition, the site contains a searchable database to help families locate centers and schools accredited by NAEYC for their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
NAEYC will update the website regularly to provide timely, research-based information about children's learning and development.
Check it out and let us know what you think. |
