Dear Friend of Pilates Collective,

We are celebrating our Second Anniversary on the Plaza in Sebastopol and we'd like to invite you to our day of free classes and demonstrations as well as an Appreciation Party in the evening on Saturday, April 19th.

We'd also like to ask for your help. If you can think of anyone in the area who might benefit from Pilates or who might be interested in a free class or more information about our studio, we would love it if you could send this message on to them.

You can either forward it by email or print it out and put it up at work or a favorite local hangout. Below is a sample message you might edit and cut and paste.
