With half-term, Halloween and Bonfire Night out the way, we
certainly are whizzing through the year, aren't we? So, we
thought we'd take a little time out to give you an update on some Organised Mum
'goings-on' and how you can get hold of one of our 'graded' leather diary
covers at a bargain price.

Calling bargain lovers everywhere!
Yes, 'graded' leather diary covers are back on the website
and selling like hot cakes at the bargain prices of £7.50 for a Life Book cover
(normally £14.99) and £5.00 (normally £9.99) for a Pocket Life Book cover.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term 'graded',
it is how we describe covers that have slight imperfections and so we sell them
at a reduced price. The best way to
describe the level of imperfection is that they look 'used' or as if they have
been in your bag for a couple of weeks as opposed to brand new. They are exactly the same design as our full
price covers but it may be that the leather has a slight mark or a colour
imperfection. The zips are fine and in
full working order as is the stitching.
'Graded' covers will be the only leather covers available from
our website until after Christmas. Unfortunately
our stocks of full price covers have been delayed and we are unlikely to have a
delivery until the New Year. We are
really sorry about this and would like to apologise for any inconvenience,
particularly as we know that that many of you request our leather diary covers
as Christmas presents.
In the meantime, why not click here to go through to our
website and order one of our 'graded' covers and grab yourself a bargain.

Getting children to eat their greens (and other
colours!)

Getting children to eat up their five a day of fruit and veg
can be a bit of a battle. However, it's
a battle worth winning especially now that the weather has turned distinctly
chilly, as there's no better way to warm them up than a good hearty soup or
casserole filled with seasonal vegetables.
Autumn provides us with a great choice of fruit and vegetables
including, carrots, swede, squash, apples, plums and pears to name a few - most
of which can be sourced locally - so we thought we'd give you some of our top
tips to getting the little ones to eat seasonally and gobble up those
greens. So for ideas on getting your
little ones to be a bit more adventurous with their veggies, click here to go
