Greetings!

Here at the Organised Mum office, we can't believe how quickly we seem to be whizzing through the year.  The chill in the air on those early school mornings and the surfeit of conkers on the show and tell table, point to the fact that autumn is here and with it, lots of new dates to remember. We hope your 2010 Organised Mum diaries and calendars are coming in handy.

Keep up to speed with your children's social life!

Do you ever feel that your children have better social lives than you do?  Sometimes it can certainly feel that way.  Just as you have mastered the new school term's various events and activities, you also need to remember their play dates and extra curricular clubs and sports.  As mother, 'family social secretary' and part time taxi driver, it can some times feel as if you're ferrying your children from one activity or social event to another, especially if you have more than one child.

Trying to fit everyone's activities into the week, and ensuring that homework, spellings and reading are done on time, can be a tall order especially with all the other dates that fill our diaries at this busy time of year.  So if you or someone you know is having trouble keeping up to speed with all the activities of the new school term and their children's social life, why not point them in the direction of Organised Mum?  Our diaries and calendars for 2010 are perfect for managing your children's activities with 288 fun stickers including ones for 'activity' and 'remember'.  Plus, our Magnetic Family Organiser, which comes with 30 magnets including 'after school club', 'swimming', 'music' and 'activity', is ideal for letting you know what activities are coming up in the week ahead.  Click here to go to our product website and take a look.....

What's your favourite book to read with your child?
Read us a story mum!

To celebrate National Children's Book week on 5-11th October, we'd like to know what book(s) you enjoy reading with your child.  Maybe it's an old classic that you loved as a child, or a modern book with great illustrations?  Maybe it's because it's funny and it makes you all laugh or reminds you of a special time?  Whatever the reason, why not share it with other Organised Mum ezine subscribers and they can share the experience with their children too.
We'd love to hear from you, so click here to go through the blog to find out what the mums (and dads) in the Organised Mum office like to read to their children and leave your own favourite.  While you are there, you could also take part in our poll on bedtime story reading.
Finally, keep an eye out for ezines in the coming weeks - as ezine subscribers you will be the first to get an exciting preview of the new range of innovative stationery we've created especially for children.  Don't miss it!

Yours sincerely
