As a friendly and courteous reminder, we would like to ask that you Update your FSC Rater on 9/15. Our RMIS Companion and RMIS Companion Gold products will be making minor revisions to the program that may or may not affect rates in your area. Our RMIS eApp Point of Sale system is already updated so that any business effective 9/15 or later will reflect the rate revisions. Should you find a situation where your rates in FSC are not matching our system, it is most likely due to your FSC not being updated so please confirm that first. If you are still experiencing any discrepancies, please don't hesitate to contact us directly for assistance and guidance.
