Has Finally Arrived!

Dear Valued Producers,

 

The time is finally upon us.  Point of Sale is here!  Let me make one very clear explanation up front: 

At this time, Point of Sale (POS) is for RMIS Companion - 311 and RMIS Companion Gold - 313 ONLY

 

Our Topa and SCIC programs are soon to follow but are not ready yet.  That being said, you still have to send us the signed app by fax or email for Topa and SCIC and all other programs that are not POS.  On the other hand, when using POS for the Companion programs, you will be expected to retain all documents in your office.  Keep in mind that photos may be requested by our Claims department in the event of an accident.  You will also have the ability to upload photos or any other supporting documents you wish to share during the POS process. 

 

POS has just gone live with the release of this email.  There is nothing special you need to do in FSC except to have our programs selected.  If you encounter any problems, have any questions during the process or see that your rate in FSC does not match the rate shown in POS, please contact InformINS at 714-441-1692.

To be or not to be...present.  That is the question.  So what will you do if your client is not in your office but you need to close this deal?  We already thought of that.  Our eSignature process accounts for both situations of your client being in your office or out of your office.  By simply choosing the "Applicant out of office" option toward the end of the transaction, we send a secure email to the applicant so that they can complete their portion of the eSignatures.  At the same time, you are completing your eSignatures.  When you both have finished, the policy may then be Purchased and both you and the Insured receive an electronic copy of the Policy and Policy Jacket.  What's even better is that this system, both in or out of office, accepts payment directly from the applicant, even credit cards!
