Fullerton, CA - Friday - You received an email from us yesterday stating that FSC no longer supports ZapApp.  That statement is incorrect due to a miscommunication between RMIS and FSC.  ZapApp was removed from RMIS products with the 11/1 update.  We have since corrected the situation and ZapApp will once again be available to you with your next FSC Update on 11/15.  We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have created in your office.

 

We encourage you all to REGISTER on our website if you have not already and begin using RMIS eApp as quickly as possible to familiarize yourselves with it.  It shouldn't be hard as we've made it as user-friendly as possible, quick too!  Did I mention that you get ID Cards with every RMIS eApp bridge as well?

 

RMIS eApp bridge is already on your FSC Rater and available to all producers.  If RMIS eApp is not shown as an available option, contact FSC at 1-800-433-2550 ext 4 so they can easily correct.  If you are a registered user for our website, simply input your login name and password when prompted during the bridging process.  If you are not a registered user, please visit our website at www.rmismga.com to sign up and gain all of the conveniences of online use.
