Yes, we realize it's slow and hard to sell right now.  We know now that the staredown with the phone, willing it to ring, does not work.  Neither does quadruple clicking your email submissions in hopes that they will magically double.  We've tried many things and found that in tough times, lower rates are the only thing insureds respond to.  Of course we will continue to offer our exceptional service and strive for organizational efficiency and improvements but take note of the low down payment for ICW.  It's about as cheap as it gets at only 8% of the premium.  On the horizon, we have a rate change awaiting DOI approval that will favor both of our interests.  We'll let you know...
