Dear Families,Our second "trimester" of Confirmed begins next weekend. We'll be meeting again at Grace on Sunday evening from 7-9.
We're all looking forward to entering back into this experience. Its a powerful creative process for us and we are thoroughly enjoying it.
As you know, in the Fall we wondered about God Inexplicable, God Awesome, and God Nosy and Nasty.
Now we begin four weeks on Jesus. This is when we reflect on God Beside us. In the Christian tradition we recognize Jesus as the figure who teaches us about this. We look at stories about Love. We ask each other about belonging. We reflect on how we understand service and sacrifice. Good good stuff!
And again, these gatherings are so much about each participant's experience. And each session informs the next. And we love what we're doing, and want each of your kids to get to experience it fully. So, please confirm your calendars with the schedule below.
And please, gently remind them to bring their journals each week.
