Winter Newsletter Information & eNews Deadline Update
|
|
Dear Leaders of Grace,
It is a gorgeous day today, I hope you are all enjoying this nice little trend in the weather this week!
And guess what? Nope, I am not writing to tell you we have a giant deadline looming. After one of our busiest months on record, and as leaders of this vibrant little church, you probably are sighing a bit with relief.
That said, I'm sending out this email to ask you to look ahead to yet another busy season-- Advent, Christmas & Epiphany -- and to let you know about the publishing date and article deadlines for the coming months.
Our next newsletter will cover programming and events happening from the beginning of Advent through the end of January 2011. Submissions will be due on the final Sunday of October, which is the 31st and also happens to be All Hallows' Eve! (Hope that's not too scary for you).
Also, to help folks plan their weekends a bit further out, our weekly eNews will now go out at the beginning of each week instead of the end. We will keep our cut-off deadline at noon on Tuesdays for articles for the eNews, but anything submitted after that time will run in the following week's eNews.
And just a reminder; please be sure to include your ministry area and the words "newsletter" or "eNews" in the subject line of your email when submitting material for our publications.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
Thank you for all you do for Grace!
