Monika and Amber are co-founders of Flight Chicago.  Flight Chicago offers a series of 3-hour guided journeys behind the scenes at some of Chicago's tastiest establishments. Our flights focus on the passions and personalities behind the food, within an intimate, yet casual setting.
 
Even if you've eaten at some of these restaurants before, chances are you¹ve never eaten there while the joint is otherwise closed to the public. Flights combine tastings and pairings with the unique opportunity to look around, see how everything works, ask the chefs and staffs questions and hear some of their best stories.
