Real Estate News
Greetings from the front line of the New York City real estate market. Spring weather is near, I can feel it! The temperature is slowly going up, and so is the amount of real estate activity. Large apartments are moving, small ones, not so much. Now through Memorial Day is our busiest time, so what happens over the next few months will set the tone for the rest of the year.
The Value Of
An On-Site Storage Unit

Having a private storage unit in the basement of a coop or condo is a tremendous advantage at resale time. These days, many new buildings have them, and older ones looking for additional sources of income are converting previously unused space. So how much do they cost, and how can you measure the true value? Find out in this article from Brick Underground.

Balcony Is Unsafe

Shakespeare In The Park

The New York Times

Public Theater just announced the lineup of actors for this summer's Shakespeare in the Park, and although fans of A-listers like last year's Al Pacino may be disappointed to see a lack of big names, the cast includes some seasoned theater actors. The two plays, Measure for Measure and All's Well That Ends Well, will include a repertory company of actors, with most of the actors performing roles in each of the two productions for its second consecutive summer. Here is the lineup in an article from The New York Times.
