 Welcome to Dr. Tammy Nelson's Newsletter
 Seeing the recent devastation in Japan caused by their earthquake and tsunami, as well as the recent earthquake in Haiti, New Zealand, one has to wonder where our earth is headed.  It makes me realize how precious every moment is and I how much I appreciate the people in my life. 

 

Every night before my mind shuts off and I crash into the bed, I list my appreciation for the people in my life and for all of the opportunities I have had to work around the world.  Tonight I will be sure to include my appreciation for a stable and dry home.  And one filled with love.

 

What do you appreciate?  List five things right now! If you find yourself going into negative thoughts during the day - consciously change them by going back to your appreciation list and adding at least one more thing to be grateful for.  

 

And many thanks to the heroes in Japan who are voluntarily returning to the nuclear plants to help ---  You are SO appreciated - Blessings to all of you in Japan and around the world tonight.
