For all those anticipating attending the 2009 World Cup, please take note of the following instructions:

 

 

1)  Don't forget to reply by 15 June with your accommodations preferences.  After that date, we will not be offering accommodation assistance.

2)  Hand-held VHF Radios.  The World Cup expects to use Hand Held VHF radios extensively.  Please be sure to have one or consider purchasing one ASAP.

If you have difficulty getting them internationally, inform us in advance and we can make arrangements for you.

3)  INSURANCE.  Most European policies SPECIFICALLY exclude regattas in US Waters.  CHECK YOUR POLICY ASAP.
