Why Operation Gratitude?

For more ways to show your appreciation to our troops,
please keep reading...Operation Gratitude Care Packages contain an assortment of more than 50 donated
products, including snack foods, entertainment items, toiletries, handmade
scarves, and personal letters. The value of each package is $100-125. Due to
increases in postage rates, supplies and services, the cost to ship each package
has risen to $15 per package. 
Our volunteers assemble more than 1,750 packages
every hour.
We spend $26,250 every hour to send those packages. Every Packing
Day, we spend $157,500 to send the assembled packages.

Operation Gratitude for every letter submitted ONLINE or dropped off at a BJ's location, up to $50,000. Your letters can help pay for 3,333 care packages! 3.
Through June 30, use Card Code: "OpGrat" in the KIND Movement Contest to help
Operation Gratitude win $25,000. Your random acts of kindness can help pay for
1,666 care packages! 4. Donate your vehicle to Cars For US Troops; proceeds will
be used by Operation Gratitude to send more Care Packages. Your old vehicle can
pay for hundreds of care packages! 5. Recycle Cell Phones and Ink-Jets! Every
used Cell Phone can send 2 care packages; 7 used Ink Jet Cartridges can send 1

designated to Operation Gratitude.
