2009 HOLIDAY DRIVE GETS UNDERWAY THIS WEEKEND!
Special Guests to Join Volunteers on Assembly Line
Volunteers will want to make a fastbreak to the Armory this weekend, October 24-25, as the 7th Annual Holiday Drive jumps into high gear!
Be sure to check-in with the Operation Gratitude forwards at the Sign-in table. If you need Community Service credit, dribble on down to Point Guard Penny Alfonso at the Community Service table. Then Operation Gratitude Team Captain, Charlie Othold will position you on the court as we tip off the Assembly Line process.
On Saturday, October 24, Operation Gratitude welcomes iParticipate, an entertainment industry campaign to promote volunteer activities. Employees with Disney, ABC Television Group and Creative Artists Agency (CAA) will join us on the Assembly Line.
Play continues on Sunday, October 25 as we take it to the hoop to assemble championship calibre care packages that will leave the troops shouting: "We Love LA!"
The full schedule for the Holiday Drive is included below, and can also be found on our Website: Volunteer Hours.
PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR UPDATED INFORMATION. |
